摘要
目的评价肾下盏结石采用组合式输尿管软镜与超声引导下可视穿刺碎石术的治疗效果.方法选取40例肾下盏结石患者,应用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组20例.观察组应用超声引导下可视穿刺碎石术治疗肾下盏结石,对照组应用输尿管软镜碎石术治疗肾下盏结石.结果观察组碎石成功19例,碎石成功率为95.00%(19/20);对照组碎石成功率11例,碎石成功率为55.00%(11/20);观察组碎石成功率高于对照组,观察组并发症发生率、住院时间、手术时间均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论超声引导下可视穿刺碎石术较输尿管软镜碎石术效果显著,可有效提升碎石率,并发症发生率低,缩短了患者手术时间和住院时间,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To evaluate the effect of combined flexible ureteroscope and ultrasound-guided visual puncture in treating inferior kidney stones.Method Forty patients with inferior kidney stones were selected and were divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each group,the effect was compared.Results The success rate of lithotripsy in observation group was 95.00%(19/20),the success rate of lithotripsy in control group was 55.00%(11/20).The success rate of lithotripsy in observation group was higher than that of control group.The incidence of complications,length of hospital stay and operation time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided visual puncture lithotripsy is more effective than combined flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy,which can effectively improve the lithotripsy rate and is worth applying,shorten operation time and hospitalization time.
