摘要
申南凹焦煤有限公司通过采用超前预裂爆破技术,沿20104综采面回风顺槽中部对顶板岩层进行预裂爆破,实现超前切顶卸压的技术目的。现场实验、观测数据表明,针对14.3 m小煤柱、4.9 m厚煤层,综采面回采过后顶板岩层能够沿采空区边缘及时垮落,改善岩层中的应力场状态、提高顺槽围岩稳定性、缓解顶板压力,实现了减缓20106运输顺槽及小煤柱的支承压力集中的技术目标,达到减少巷道围岩变形、降低巷道维护成本的目的,为相同地质条件下的综采面回采巷道维护提供借鉴。
Shenan’ao Coking Coal Co., Ltd. adopted pre-crack blasting technology to conduct pre-crack and blast the top seam along the middle of the air return roadway of the 20104 fully mechanized mining face to achieve the technical purpose of pre-cracking and top pressure relief. The field experiments and observation data showed that, for 14.3 m small coal column and 4.9 m thick coal seam, the top rock stratum can collapse along the edge of the mining area in time after the comprehensive mining surface backfilling, improve the stress field state in the rock stratum and the stability of the downstream trough surrounding rocks, relieve the pressure on the roof, achieve the technical goal of slowing down the 20106 transport downstream trough and the support pressure concentration of the small coal column, reduce the deformation of the surrounding rocks in the roadway, and the pressure of the coal seam. The purpose of the maintenance cost of the roadway is to provide reference for the maintenance of the mining roadway in the same geological conditions of the comprehensive mining face.
