6.5 m综采支架快速搬家工艺及装备技术研究

摘要 大采高综采工作面设备数量多,吨位大,搬家时间过长,造成大量非生产性损失,其中大采高液压支架是工作面数量最多的设备,支架搬运时间约占工作面全部设备搬家时间的70%左右,是影响工作面搬家速度的主要因素。针对这一问题,以东庞矿21219工作面综采设备搬迁为例,介绍了6.5 m综采支架快速搬家工艺及装备技术,为如何缩短综采工作面设备搬家时间、提高采区接续率和综采设备开机率提供借鉴。 The large mining hight fully mining working face with a lot of equipment, large tonnage, long time moving,causing a lot of non-productive losses, among which the big mining high hydraulic stents are the most numerous equipment in the working face, and the stents moving time accounts for about 70% of the total equipment moving time in the working face, which is the main factor that affects the working face moving speed. In order to solve this problem, the 6.5 m comprehensive mining stent fast moving process and equipment technology was introduced by taking 21219 working face of Dong Pang mine as an example to shorten the moving time of the fully mining equipment, improve the connection rate of the mining area and the start-up rate of the equipment.
