对丙胺酚合成工艺研究

摘要 以对氨基苯酚与丙酸为原料,以活性炭为脱色剂,焦亚硫酸钠为抗氧化剂,酰化合成对丙胺酚,研究了原料物质的量、反应时间、反应温度对收率的影响,实验结果表明,当对氨基苯酚与丙酸的物质的量为1∶1.3,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为3 h时,对丙胺酚的收率最高为90%,产物结构分别经熔点测定、液相色谱分析等表征,纯度可达98.7%。 Parapropanol was synthesized from p-aminophenol and propionic acid. with activated carbon as decolorizing agent and sodium pyrosulfite as antioxidant. The effects of different reaction conditions, such as molar ratio of raw materials,reaction time and reaction temperature on the yield were studied. Experimental results showed that when p-aminophenol and propionic acid molar ratio was 1∶1.3, reaction temperature was 110 ℃, reaction time was 3 h, the parapropanol yield was up to 90%. The structure of the product was characterized by melting point determination and liquid chromatography analysis, the purity was 98.7%.
