摘要
为了拓展三级红外光谱技术(IR光谱、TD-IR光谱和2D-IR光谱)在重要有机硅材料(柱层层析硅胶)结构及热稳定性方面的研究范围,采用红外(IR)光谱开展了柱层层析硅胶的结构研究。结果表明:柱层层析硅胶的红外吸收模式包括Si-O-Si不对称伸缩振动模式(νas Si-O-Si)和Si-O-Si对称伸缩振动模式(νsSi-O-Si);进一步开展了柱层层析硅胶的变温红外(TD-IR)光谱研究,结果表明:随着测定温度的升高,柱层层析硅胶νas Si-O-Si对应的吸收频率及强度发生明显的改变;最后开展了柱层层析硅胶νas Si-O-Si和νs Si-O-Si的二维红外(2D-IR)光谱研究。
In order to expand the research scope of three-stage infrared spectrometry technology(IR spectrum, TD-IR spectrum and 2 D-IR spectrum) in the structure and thermal stability of important organic silicon materials(silica gel for column chromatography), the structure of silica gel for column chromatography was studied by IR spectroscopy. The results show that the infrared absorption modes of silica gel in column chromatography include: Si-O-Si asymmetric stretching vibration mode(υas Si-O-Si) and Si-O-Si symmetric stretching vibration mode(υas Si-O-Si). TD-IR spectra of silica gel in column chromatography were studied. The results show that the frequency and intensity of absorption of in column chromatography change obviously with the increase of temperature. Finally, the two-dimensional infrared(2 D-IR) spectra of silica gel as υas Si-O-Siand Si-O-Si were studied.
