食品添加剂生产废水处理工程设计与运行

摘要 采用UASB反应器-A/O反应池-二沉池-混凝沉淀-消毒组合工艺处理食品添加剂废水,处理规模为300m3/d,进水COD为2500~3000 mg/L、BOD5为900~1100 mg/L、NH3-N为120~140 mg/L、SS为200~250 mg/L,处理后出水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)规定的一级排放标准,即COD≤100 mg/L、BOD5≤20 mg/L、NH3-N≤15mg/L、SS≤70 mg/L。该工艺运行费用低、管理简单方便、易于操作、无二次污染。 The combined process of UASB reactor, A/O reaction tank, secondary sedimentation tank, coagulating sedimentation and disinfect was used to treat the wastewater from food additive production with a treatment capacity of 300 m3/d when the influent COD, BOD5, NH3-N and SS were 2 500 ~ 3 000 mg/L, 900 ~ 1 100 mg/L, 120 ~ 140 mg/L and 200 ~250 mg/L, respectively. The effluent quality of the treated wastewater meet the first discharge standard stipulated in "the integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978-1996)", which COD≤100 mg/L, BOD5≤20 mg/L, NH3-N≤15 mg/L and SS≤70 mg/L. The process has the advantages of stable operation, convenient management, easy operation and no secondary pollution.
