Exploration on Urban Design Under Ecological and Cultural Environment——A Case of the Conceptual Urban Design of Mufu Zhigu in Nanjing

在城镇化发展日趋深化的背景下,城市设计必须重视人类社区与生态环境的融合、资源的可持续利用和城市效率的提升。文章通过确定先进的设计原则,重点优化空间框架、公共空间、节点系统、综合交通、城市天际线及公共服务设施等,尊重城市成长的内在规律,各地块在统一规划指导下,针对不同的业态进行城市空间设计,避免各自为政、无序设计,从而提升社区功能的混合性和城市空间品质,塑造适应城市功能持续动态变化的空间模式。

In the context of the gradual deepening development of urbanization,urban design must take into account the integration of human community and ecological environment,sustainability of resources,and the improvement of urban efficiency.By establishing the advanced design principles,the priority should be given to the optimization of spatial frame,public space,node system,integrated transportation,city skyline and public service facilities,and so on.Under the unified planning and guidance,the various blocks should follow the inherent law of urban growth,and conduct urban spatial design according to different forms to avoid disordered and fragmented design,so as to improve the combination of community functions and the quality of urban space,and to shape a spatial pattern that adapts to continuously and dynamically changing urban functions.
