建筑工业化与构件产业化已成为未来建筑设计、建筑施工领域发展的主流趋势,本文从建筑工业化的发展现状研究入手,发现并探究我国在相关领域的问题和不足,结合物流建筑设计当中的细节设计,对建筑工业化和物流建筑产业化进行研究分析,探寻其内在联系和固有规律,更好地将建筑工业化运用到物流建筑产业化进程当中,进而指导建筑设计。

Architectural industrialization and component industrialization have become the mainstream trend in the field of architectural design and construction in the future.Starting with the research on the present situation of architectural industrialization,this paper finds out and probes into the problems and shortcomings of China’s related fields.Combined with the detailed design in logistics building design,the paper studies and analyzes the construction industrialization and logistics building industrialization,explores its internal connections and inherent laws,and better applies construction industrialization to the process of logistics building industrialization so as to guide the architectural design.
