高层办公楼宇消防安全管理机制探究

Exploration on Fire Safety Management Mechanism of High-Rise Office Buildings

随着现代化城市建设步伐的进一步推进,城市高层楼宇的建设数量不断增加,楼宇空间巨大,包含着各种人、事、物,其在给人们的生活与办公带来极大便利的同时,也存在着严重的火灾隐患。近年来,特大高层建筑火灾频发,给人们的生命安全与国家财产造成巨大损失,同时还暴露出当前高层建筑消防安全管理机制的不足。本文重点对高层办公楼宇消防安全管理机制进行探究,分析问题,提出相关建议,以供相关人员参考。

With the further development of modern urban construction,the number of high-rise buildings in the city is increasing,and the building space is huge,including all kinds of people and things.Its diversified functions bring great convenience to people’s life and office,but there are also serious fire hazards.In recent years,the phenomenon of super high-rise building fire occurs frequently,which causes great loss to people’s life safety and national properties.At the same time,it also exposes the shortage of current high-rise building fire safety management mechanism.In view of this,this paper focuses on the high-rise office building fire safety management mechanism,analyzes the problems and puts forward relevant suggestions for reference.
