高层建筑消防隐患与防火监督工作探讨

Discussion on Fire Hazards and Fire Supervision of High-Rise Buildings

随着我国综合实力的提高,城市化进程的加快,大量高层建筑拔地而起,有效缓解了城市的住房紧张问题。但随着高层建筑的大量建设,出现的问题越来越多,尤其是高层建筑的内部结构非常复杂,一旦发生火灾,造成的后果是无法预料的。为了尽可能避免火灾的发生,在对高层建筑进行设计的时候要综合考虑存在的消防隐患,尽可能提高高层建筑的安全管理水平,及时消除潜在的消防隐患,保障高层居民的生命财产安全。

With the improvement of China’s overall strength and the deepening of the urbanization process,a large number of high-rise buildings have been built,effectively alleviating the city’s housing shortage.But with the increasingly built high-rise buildings,there are more and more problems,especially for the internal structure of high-rise buildings,which are very complex.If there is a fire,the consequences are unexpected.In order to avoid the occurrence of fire as far as possible,the design of high-rise buildings should take into account the existing fire hazards comprehensively,improve the safety management level of high-rise buildings as much as possible,and eliminate the potential fire hazards in time so as to ensure the safety of life and the property of the residents living in high-rise buildings.
