BIM(Building Information Modeling),即建筑信息模型。近年来,随着BIM技术的成熟和完善,以及工程项目管理要求的不断提高,BIM技术在工程项目管理中得到了大量应用,在促进项目安全、质量、进度、成本控制及参建各方的协同管理等方面成效显著,特别是在大型工程项目群的管理中效果尤为显著。

BIM is the Building Information Modeling.In recent years,with the increasing maturity and improvement of BIM technology and the continuous improvement of engineering project management requirements,BIM technology has been widely applied in engineering project management,and has achieved remarkable results in promoting project safety,quality,schedule,cost control and collaborative management of all parties involved,especially in the management of large-scale engineering project groups.
