Analysis on the Application of Project Management Theory in Construction Project Management

现在,越来越多的企业意识到工程管理的重要性,为提升管理水平,项目管理理论不可或缺。运用科学思想、组织、方法及手段,对建筑施工现场进行人员、材料、设备、资金等方面的计划管理和控制,满足建筑工程管理需求。本文基于此,先概述项目管理理论概念,然后分别从成本、进度、质量、安全等方面入手,分析项目管理理论在建筑工程管理中的具体应用。

Many modern enterprises are more and more aware of the importance of project management.In order to improve the management level,project management theory is indispensable.The plan management and control of personnel,materials,equipment,funds and other aspects of the construction site shall be carried out by using scientific ideas,organizations,methods and means to meet the management requirements of the construction project.Based on this,this paper first summarizes the concept of project management theory,and then analyzes the specific application of project management theory in construction project management from the aspects of cost,schedule,quality,safety,and so on.
