摘要
采用等离子体磁控溅射真空镀膜技术,在涤纶平纹机织布上分别镀覆银膜和二氧化钛薄膜.以制备织物结构色,通过改变镀膜时间得到不同厚度的二氧化饮薄膜.进而得到不同颜色的样品。采用透反射金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对制备的样品进行表征;采用积分球式分光光度计测量样品的色度数据;采用紫外分光光度计测址样品的反射率,证实了磁控溅射技术制备结构色的可行性.
Using the plasma mag netron sputtering vacuum coating technology,the structural color is successfully prepared by plating silver film and titanium dioxide film on the polyester plain weave fabric.The prepared samples are characterized by metallographic microscope and seanning electron microscope;the chromaticity data of the samples are measured by an integrating sphere spectrophotometer;and the reflectanee of the samples is measured by an ultraviolet spectrophotometer.The feasibility of mag netron sputtering technology for structural color is confirmed.
