对EPC项目中的设计分析

Analysis on the Design of EPC Project

近几年,国家相继出台了各种指导意见,把加速推动EPC视为建筑业转型升级的核心之一,省市也开始发布文件,积极实施EPC模式。文章总结了EPC工程的设计管理要点,并从组织体制、供货商资源、设计管理、设计收尾等方面详细阐述了EPC发展路径,希望能够为相关研究带来一些借鉴依据。

In recent years,the state has issued a variety of guiding opinions on accelerating the promotion of EPC as one of the core of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,and the provincial and municipal level have also started to issue documents to actively implement the EPC model.This paper summarizes the key design management points of EPC project,and elaborates the development path of EPC from the aspects of organization system,supplier resources,design management and design closure,hoping to provide a reference for relevant study.
