建筑楼宇智能化,就是在建筑工程项目建设中有效地使用信息技术。随着现阶段科学技术的高速发展,人们对于建筑物除了结构和外观的要求外,还需要建筑物具有更多的功能,并对建筑的安全、交互和能耗有了更高的需求。为此,本文探讨了能够实现建筑楼宇智能化使用的4C技术和集成技术的应用,从建筑楼宇的各种智能化技术来分析,进而阐述集成技术的具体应用。

Intelligent building is an effective combination of information technology in construction projects.With the rapid development of science and technology at present,people need buildings to have certain safety,interaction and energy consumption in addition to the requirements of structure and appearance.For this reason,this paper discusses the application of 4C technology and integrated technology in order to realize the intelligent use of building buildings,analyzes the various intelligent technologies of the building,and then expounds the specific application of integration technology.
