城市道路工程建设的管理与质量控制研究

Study on the Management and Quality Control of Urban Road Construction

本文根据笔者多年来的工作经验,从城市道路工程设计、施工工艺与组织设计、施工人员素质、工程造价4个方面分析了影响城市道路工程质量的因素。在此基础上,从严格审核施工图纸、严把施工材料质量关、提高工作人员素质、严格控制城市道路工程质量4个方面,探讨了加强城市道路工程建设的管理与质量控制的措施,希望能够为城市道路工程的建设提供帮助。

Based on the author’s working experience for many years,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the quality of urban road engineering from four aspects:urban road engineering design,construction technology and organization design,construction personnel quality and project cost.On this basis,it discusses the measures to strengthen the management and quality control of urban road engineering construction from four aspects:strictly examining construction drawings,strictly controlling construction materials quality,improving staff quality and strictly controlling urban road engineering quality.
