摘要 研究生培养质量由招生选拔、培养模式、导师培养、过程控制等多个因素决定。在博士研究生的培养中,导师的指导是最显著的影响之一。随着一流学科建设的深入,传统的单一导师制博士生培养模式已不能满足学科发展的需要。博士生导师组制度是一种高层次人才培养制度,文章尝试通过分析目前我国高校主流的博士生培养模式,具体分析了几种常见的导师组培养模式,最后指出了导师组制度目前存在的问题并提出解决办法。 The quality of graduate training is determined by many factors,such as enrollment selection,training model,tutor training,process control and so on.Tutoring is one of the most significant factors in the training of doctoral students.With the deepening of the first-class discipline construction,the traditional single-tutored doctoral training model cannot meet the needs of discipline development.The system of doctoral tutor group is a kind of high-level talent training system.This paper tries to analyze the current mainstream training model of doctoral students in colleges and universities in our country,and analyzes several common training models of tutor group.Finally,it points out the existing problems of tutor group system and puts forward some solutions.
