基于智慧校园建设的高校学生管理工作问题及改善策略研究

Research on the Problems and Improvement Strategies of College Student Management Based on the Construction of Smart Campus

高校智慧校园建设中,学生管理工作存在四个方面问题:学生管理体系和信息化技术未深入结合、智能化信息服务水平较低、思政教学活动信息化质量不高、大数据中个人信息泄露等安全隐患。为了进一步提高智慧校园背景下高校学生管理工作质量,可以从提升信息化技术与学生管理工作的协同性、加强信息资源利用与提高智能化信息服务水平、开展智慧教学与实现校内外信息资源共享、完善安全管理体系等四个方面入手,逐渐建立全面完善的智慧校园服务平台。

In the construction of smart campus in colleges and universities,four problems exist in student management work:student management system and information technology are not deeply integrated,the level of intelligent information services is low,the information quality of ideological and political teaching activities is not high,and there are personal information leaks in big data.In order to further improve the quality of college student management in the context of smart campus,it is necessary to improve the safety management system and gradually establish a comprehensive and complete smart campus service platform in four areas:enhancing the synergy between information technology and student management and the use of information resources,improving the level of intelligent information service and smart teaching,realizing the sharing of information resources inside and outside the school,and perfecting the security management system.
