大思政背景下高校资助育人工作审视与思考

新时代高校思想政治工作质量的提升,需要构建大思政格局,将思想政治工作贯穿于教学教育全过程,推动形成“三全育人”。高校大学生资助不仅要扶助家庭经济困难学生,还承担着育人任务。资助育人作为新时代提升高校思想政治工作质量提升工程的十大育人体系之一,必须协同推进。当前,高校资助育人领域不同程度存在资助业务与资助育人脱节、资助育人平台搭建滞后、资助育人模式创新不足等问题,制约着资助育人整体效能提升。将自主业务与资助育人相融合、搭建资助育人线上线下平台、基于受助学生特点创新育人模式,成为提升资助育人工作的重要策略。

The improvement of the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era requires the construction of"curriculum ideology and politics",the ideological and political work throughout the whole process of teaching and education,and the promotion of the formation of"three-whole education".The work of financial aid for education in colleges and universities should not only support students with financial difficulties,but also undertake the task of educating people.As one of the ten educational systems to improve the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era,financial aid must be promoted in cooperation.At present,there are some problems in the field of subsidizing education in colleges and universities,such as the disconnection between the subsidizing business and the subsidizing education,the lag of the construction of the subsidizing education platform and the insufficient innovation of the subsidizing education model,which restrict the overall efficiency improvement of the subsidizing education.It is an important strategy to integrate independent business with financial aid for education,build online and offline platform,and innovate education model based on the characteristics of aided students.
