高校学生骨干理想信念教育课程建设初探

On the Construction of Ideal and Belief Education Course for College Student Backbone

在高校中开展理想信念教育是坚持社会主义办学方向的重要举措。文章在思想政治课的基础上,从课程内容设计、课程运行方式和师资配置三个方面探讨了学生骨干理想信念教育课程建设,提出将传统文化、红色历史、政策体制作为理想信念教育课程的重要内容,同时从人才培养方案、教学计划制定等几个方面论述了课程运行的方式,并提出以辅导员为主导的师资队伍配置的思路。

It is an important measure to carry out ideal and belief education in colleges to adhere to the direction of socialist education.Based on the ideological and political courses,this paper discusses the idea about the course construction of ideal and belief education for the student backbone from three aspects:teaching content,course operation and teachers.It puts forward that the traditional culture,red revolution history and political system are the important contents of the ideal and belief education,discusses the way of course operation from five aspects such as talent training plan,teaching plan,and so on,and proposes the idea of teachers'allocation with counselors as the leading role.
