摘要
翻译硕士具有较为灵活的就业方向,择业自我效能感将影响学生求职目标的确定、思维模式、情感反映模式和行为的努力程度。文章通过对学生择业自我效能感的问卷分析和跟踪调查,分析影响学生择业自我效能感的因素,提出了提升翻译硕士择业自我效能感的办法。
MTI students have a more flexible employment direction.The self-efficacy in job selection has great effect on students'job objectives,thinking or emotion reflection and the effort involved.This paper tries to find the influences on self-efficacy in job selection and methods for promoting with questionnaire survey and follow-up survey on MTI students.
