摘要
我国大学生学校适应性研究起源于20世纪80年代中期,目前学者对大学生学校适应的研究多从学校适应概念、测量指标、测量工具、影响因素等角度着手。对于大学生学校适应影响因素的研究由单因素向多因素发展,由外部因素向内部因素再向内外部因素交互作用发展。但相关研究也存在学校适应的概念、指标和测量工具未统一、影响因素研究视角缺乏综合性、研究对象过于笼统等不足。因此,今后的研究可从继续加强对大学生学校适应的理论研究和实证研究、从综合角度出发全面系统研究影响因素、将研究对象细分等方面入手。
The research on the adaptability of college students in China originated in the mid-1980s.At present,scholars'research on the adaptability of college students starts from the perspectives of school adaptability concepts,measurement indicators,measurement tools,and influencing factors.The research on influencing factors of college students'adaptation has developed from a single factor variable to a multi-factor variable,from external factors to internal factors and then to the interaction of internal and external factors.However,the related research also has some deficiencies such as the concept of school adaptability,measurement indicators and measurement tools,lack of a comprehensive study of school adaptability,and lack of comprehensive perspectives on the study of influencing factors.Therefore,future research can start from the aspects of continuing to strengthen theoretical research on college adaptation,comprehensively and systematically studying the influencing factors of school adaptability from a comprehensive perspective,and strengthening empirical research on school adaptation.
