摘要
培养高素质人才是时代对高等教育的要求,也是高等院校的根本任务。论文研究了项目驱动下的高素质人才培养模式,提出了通过项目有效提升学生的创新意识、实践能力和精神品质等素质能力的途径,对更新教育理念、改革教学方法和提升培养质量,具有一定的指导意义。
Cultivation of high-quality talent is the requirement of the times for higher education,also the basic task of higher education.In this paper,the cultivation model of high-quality talent driven by project is researched,and the path of promoting student's innovative consciousness,practical ability,and spiritual quality by project is presented.It will be significant for updating educational concept,reforming teaching methods,and improving cultivation quality.
