新工科背景下轨道交通类高校产学研用商融合模式探索

Exploration on the Industry-university-research-application-business Integration Model of Rail Transit Colleges and Universities under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education

科技和产业的快速发展对人才培养提出了新的要求,新工科建设背景下,轨道交通类高校的专业改革势在必行。文章分析了产学研用商融合模式的实施背景,针对轨道交通类高校目前现状存在的人才理念适应不够、专业知识体系更新不够、培养模式改变不够等问题,结合新工科背景下对轨道交通类高校人才培养的新要求,提出了产学研用商融合的模式路径,为轨道交通行业培养有思想道德素养、有社会责任感、有技能的高素质复合型人才提供借鉴。

The rapid development of science and technology and industry puts forward new requirements for talent training.Under the background of Emerging Engineering Education,the professional reform of rail transit colleges and universities is imperative.This paper analyzes the implementation background of the integration model of industry,university and research,aiming at the problems of insufficient adaptation of talent concept,insufficient renewal of professional knowledge system and insufficient change of training model in the current situation of rail transit colleges and universities.Combining with the new requirements for the training of talents in rail transit colleges and universities under the background of Emerging Engineering Education,this paper puts forward the model of integrating industry,university,research,application and business,which provides the high-quality complex talents with ideological and moral literacy,social responsibility and skill for the cultivation of rail transit industry.
