研究生课程材料疲劳全英语教学的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of All-English Teaching in the Material Fatigue Course for Postgraduates

专业课程的全英语教学有利于研究生综合学术能力的培养,在我国高等教育改革建设中发挥越来越大的作用。文章介绍了研究生课程材料疲劳的全英语教学模式,针对大多数机械类研究生存在的英语应用能力低下、专业基础薄弱的现状,探讨了全英语课程的教学内容设计和授课手段革新的经验和做法,并对下一步深化教学改革提出了具体建议。

The all-English teaching of professional courses is advantageous to develop the comprehensive academic ability of postgraduates,and plays an increasingly important role in the reform and construction of higher education in China.This paper introduces the all-English teaching model of the Material Fatigue course for postgraduates.In regard to the facts that most postgraduates in mechanical engineering have low ability to use English and also have poor subject foundation,a few measures are discussed,which are taken for optimal design of course content and innovation of teaching methods.Finally,several suggestions are put forward for the future reform of all-English teaching courses.
