新工科理念下地方高校车辆工程专业人才培养探索

Research on the Cultivation of Vehicle Engineering Professionals in Local Colleges under the Concept of Emerging Engineering Education

当前汽车产业正面临电动化、智能化、网联化的产业变革和转型升级,行业对应用型技术人才的素质和能力提出了更高的要求。文章分析了地方高校车辆工程专业在人才培养过程中面临的问题,针对行业变化和发展趋势,探讨了基于新工科教育理念的人才培养模式。通过完善人才培养目标、优化课程体系、强化实践教学、提升师资水平,提高人才培养的质量,对区域经济发展和产业转型升级发挥支撑作用。

At present,the automobile industry is facing the industrial transformation and upgrading of electric,intelligent and network connection,which has put forward higher requirements for the quality and ability of applied technical talents.This paper analyzes the problems faced by the local colleges and universities in the process of talent training,and discusses the talent training model based on the concept of Emerging Engineering Education in view of the change and development trend of the industry.By perfecting the goal of talent training,optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening practical teaching,improving the level of teachers,and improving the quality of talent training,it can play a supporting role in the development of regional economy and the transformation and upgrading of industry.
