摘要
为适应地方本科院校面临转型发展的需要,从生物工程专业本科教育教学内在规律和行业需求出发,以社会需求为导向,重点围绕生物工程专业的创新创业教育教学体系和校企协同应用型人才培养模式改革,以专业教育与创新创业教育有机融合为主线,以培养学生实践能力和创新创业能力为重点,以校企合作协同育人为基本路径,融通知识、能力、素质三个层面教育,融通公共能力、专业能力、发展能力三种能力培养,融通实验教学、生产实践、创新创业实践三个环节育人,构建了地方本科院校生物工程专业“一主线三融通”校企协同应用型人才培养模式。
In order to meet the needs of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities,this paper starts from the inherent law and industry needs of undergraduate education and teaching of bioengineering major,and focuses on the reform of the teaching system of innovative entrepreneurship education and the training model of school-enterprise collaborative applied talents.It takes the cultivation of students'practical ability and innovative entrepreneurial ability as the focus,and takes the cooperation of schools and enterprises as the basic path,integrating knowledge,ability and quality as the three levels of education,integrating public ability,professional ability and development ability as the main line,integrating experiment teaching and production practice,innovation and entrepreneurship practice three links to educate people,in order to construct"one main line and three integration"school-enterprise collaborative applied talent training model in bioengineering major of local colleges and universities.
