高校跨境电商创新创业孵化基地构建分析与探讨

“一带一路”是目前我国重要的倡议建设项目,其中发展跨境电商是促进此实施的重要推手,跨境电商的发展直接影响着国际贸易的互联互通。在“一带一路”背景下,构建高校跨境电商创新创业孵化基地,应确定基地的功能,构建和完善基地的体系,建立实施性较强的基地运行机制。文章针对跨境电商创新创业孵化基地存在的问题,提出了相应的建设对策。
