摘要
学生个性化培养是职业院校深化教育教学改革的需要。文章结合职业院校学生的个性化特征,从树立个性化教育理念、搭建个性化培养平台、营造个性化培养环境、丰富个性化教育资源、优化个性化教育评价等方面,讨论了职业院校学生的个性化培养问题。
Personalized cultivation of students is the need for vocational colleges to deepen the reform of education and teaching.Combined with the individualized characteristics of vocational college students,this paper discusses the individualized cultivation of vocational college students from the aspects of setting up individualized education concept,setting up individualized training platform,creating individualized training environment,enriching individualized education resources and optimizing individualized education evaluation.
