摘要
在生态伦理视域下,对人的主体性价值挖掘、协同服务的角色转换以及整体性的参与创新进行人力资源管理的价值探究,契合了现代管理中人本性、和谐性与可持续性等方面的价值诉求。该文基于传统科层制人力资源管理弊端,对人力资源的管理实践予以伦理关照,从维护人力资源生态系统的共生关系、搭建互惠双赢的共荣平台和设立可持续发展的共享机制三个方面融合生态伦理的导向价值,以期为建构企业人力资源的现代管理模式提供参考。
From the perspective of ecological ethics,the exploration of the value of human subjectivity,the role transformation of collaborative service and the whole participation in innovation conform to the value demands of human nature,harmony and sustainability in modern management.Based on the disadvantages of traditional bureaucratic human resource management,this article gives ethical care to human resource management practices and incorporates the guiding value of ecological ethics is integrated from three aspects:maintaining the symbiotic relationship of human resource ecosystem,building a mutually beneficial and win-win platform for common prosperity and setting up a sharing mechanism for sustainable development,in order to provide reference for the construction of modern management model of enterprise human resources.
