线上教学管理制度创新研究与实践

Research and Practice of Online Teaching Management System Innovation

线上教育是一种重要的教学方式和教学手段,是线下教育的有效补充,也是一种对传统教育教学理念的创新性教学改革。由于线上教育受网络问题、时空限制、传统教学等一系列条件的制约,线上教学一直没有得到重视和大规模的实施,无论在管理模式还是质量监控体系等方面都没有建立起良好的制度化建设,因此,构建线上教育的教学管理新模式是当前亟待解决的问题。该文从线上教育的教学实施方案、教学过程监控、教学效果调查、教学总结报告、分类精准教学、教师激励政策、教学效果评价等方面探讨教学制度的制定,建立一套具有推广价值的普适性线上教学管理制度,提升线上教学的质量。通过在线教育教学管理新模式的探讨,旨在建立适应大规模线上教育教学过程管理制度化、规范化兼备"标准不降、形式多样、方式灵活"的教学管理制度。

Online education is an important teaching method and means,an effective supplement to offline education,and an innovative teaching reform of traditional education and teaching ideas.Because online education is subject to a series of conditions,such as network problems,time and space constraints,traditional teaching and so on,online teaching has not been valued and implemented on a large scale.No matter in the management model or quality monitoring system,good institutionalized construction has not been achieved.Therefore,the construction of a new teaching management model of online education is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper discusses the formulation of teaching system from the aspects of teaching implementation plan,teaching process monitoring,teaching effect investigation,teaching summary report,classified and accurate teaching,teacher incentive policy,teaching effect evaluation,etc.of online education,establishes a set of universal online teaching management system with promotion value,and improves the quality of online teaching.Through the discussion of the new model of online education teaching management,this paper aims to establish a teaching management system that adapts to the systematization and standardization of large-scale online education teaching process management,and has the characteristics of"constant standards,various forms and flexible ways".
