高校教师不仅需要授予学生专业知识,更是要注重学生的德育教育。随着我国高等教育越来越大众化,高校教师岗位中出现了很多青年新秀,未来青年教师将成为高校的中坚力量。因此,提高其职业道德修养以及教学创新能力势在必行。该文主要以高校的青年教师为研究对象,针对目前高校教师职业的发展现状以及其中的问题进行讨论,通过为高校青年教师提供一些建议,以期未来每位青年教师都能成为高校领袖,为社会培养一批批高品质的社会接班人。

College teachers should not only impart professional knowledge to students,but also pay attention to the moral education of students.With China’s higher education becoming more and more popular,many young teachers are joining in the teaching work of colleges and universities,and young teachers will become the backbone of colleges and universities in the future.Therefore,it is imperative to improve their professional ethics and teaching innovation ability.This paper mainly takes the young teachers in colleges and universities as the research objects,discusses the current development status and problems of the career of teachers in colleges and universities,and provides some suggestions for young teachers in colleges and universities in the hope that every young teacher can become a leader in colleges and universities in the future,and a batch of high-quality successors will be trained.
