我国传统文化源远流长,优秀的传统文化是中华民族传统美德的重要体现。随着我国素质教育工作的不断推进,在开展中小学体育教育工作时,学校以及体育教师要重视传统文化与体育教育工作的有效结合,通过传统文化来强化对学生的素质教育,引导学生树立正确的人生价值观念和思想道德观念,推动中小学生的身体素质、心理素质都能够得到更加全面的塑造与发展。该文主要对传统文化与中小学体育教学的融合策略进行具体的探究与讨论,旨在更好的锻造学生的素养与品质,促进我国优秀传统文化的更好传承与发扬。

China’s traditional culture has a long history,and the excellent traditional culture is an important embodiment of the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation.With the advancement of quality education in our country in primary and middle school physical education,school and sports teachers should attach importance to combining the traditional culture and sports education,and use the traditional culture to strengthen the quality education for students to guide students to establish a correct concept of life value and moral concept,so as to promote a more comprehensive development of the physical quality and psychological quality of primary and middle school students.This paper mainly explores and discusses the integration strategy of traditional culture and physical education in primary and middle schools,aiming at forging the quality of students and promoting the inheritance and development of China’s excellent traditional culture.
