“三全育人”视域下大学生“辅导员—导师”协同育人机制探析 被引量:8

摘要 建立和健全大学生"辅导员—导师"协同育人工作机制是高校落实"三全育人"理念的内在要求。该文基于协同理论,在分析协同育人理念不强、职责界定不明、交流渠道不畅、协同工作动力不强、归口管理不够统一等当前大学生"辅导员—导师"协同育人工作存在的问题的基础上,阐述了沟通机制、动力机制、运行机制和保障机制等大学生"辅导员—导师"协同育人工作机制的具体内容,并进一步提出,通过树立高校"大思政"育人理念、科学界定辅导员和导师的职责、打造一支强有力的导师队伍、对辅导员和导师实行统一归口管理等措施,促进大学生"辅导员—导师"协同育人工作机制作用的发挥。 The development of collaborative education mechanism between counselors and tutors is an inherent requirement for colleges and universities to implement the concept of"three whole education".Based on the theory,the problems of the counselor-tutor collaborative education mechanism are firstly analyzed in this paper,such as the weakness of idea,undefined duty,poor communication,and so on.And then,the communication mechanism,dynamic mechanism,operating mechanism and safeguard mechanism of collaborative education mechanism are proposed in detail.Finally,the detailed measures that should be adopted by colleges and universities are also proposed to ensure the smooth implementation of the collaborative education mechanism.
