微党课在加强高校大学生入党启蒙教育中的应用探索

Application of Micro-party Course in Enhancing the Enlightenment Education for College Students to Join the Party

"互联网+"的发展给传统的入党启蒙教育带来了极大挑战,传统的入党启蒙教育逐步暴露出"先天性不足",而微党课凭借自身优势可从多维度弥补高校传统入党启蒙教育的缺陷。该文在分析总结传统入党启蒙教育的不足及微党课的优势后,创新性地提出"5G"时代背景下"入党启蒙教育微党课"开展的有效模式。为增强微党课的实效,应着重把关微党课的设计,同时做好微党课的宣传推广,以此探索出入党启蒙教育微党课的有效模式,提高入党启蒙教育微党课的实效性。

The model of"Internet+"has penetrated into every corner of people’s life,posing huge challenges to the traditional teaching methods.Based on the drawbacks of the traditional enlightenment education for joining the Party and the advantages of the micro-party course,this paper argues that the latter can effectively offset the weakness of the traditional teaching model.In the context of"5 G"era,the micro-party course is proposed as the innovative method of join-party enlightenment education.Two measures are in need to maximize the effectiveness of the micro-party course.The first one is to set high threshold on the course design,and the second one is to pour more efforts in propaganda and promotion.
