摘要
时代的发展和社会的人才需求,对高校育人模式提出了更高的要求。传统育人模式无法有效回应当今社会对于人才的需求,无法满足国家和社会对创新人才的要求,倒逼高校改革优化育人模式。为适应社会的快速发展和达到为社会输送优秀人才的要求,高校育人模式必须做出调整,现代大学书院制正是在这样的背景下提出并实践。该文通过梳理现代大学书院制育人模式的特点、当前实践现状,提出对书院制进行优化提升的建议。
The development of the times and the talent demand of the society have put forward higher requirements for the model of higher education.The traditional education model in colleges and universities cannot effectively respond to the demand for talents in today’s society,and cannot meet the requirements of the country and society for innovative talents,which forces the reform and optimization of education model in colleges and universities.In order to adapt to the rapid development of the society and meet the requirements of providing excellent talents for the society,college education model must be adjusted.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization and improvement of the academy system by sorting out the characteristics and current practice of the modern university academy system.
