宁波跨境电子商务人才需求特征的调研分析

Investigation and Analysis on Characteristics of Cross-border E-commerce Talent Demand

该文主要考察了两个核心问题:一是宁波地区现有跨境电子商务人才需求的特征;二是企业对高校跨境电子商务人才培养的期望。通过走访调研和网络调研并采用统计法、图表分析法结果发现不同规模的企业对跨境电子商务人才的需求存在差异。

This investigation mainly focuses on two core issues:one is the characteristics of the existing cross-border e-commerce talent demand in Ningbo,and the other is the expectations of enterprises for the training of cross-border e-commerce talents in colleges and universities.The results of the visits and network surveys show that there are some differences in the demand for cross-border e-commerce talents of different scale enterprises by means of the statistical method and chart analysis.
