摘要
针对当前工程技术训练课程不适应军队院校军事人才培养目标的现实问题,该文详细分析了传统工程技术训练课程存在的不足,建立了面向任职岗位的高素质军事人才能力素质模型,并提出了能够充分响应能力素质要求的工程技术训练课程改革思路和建设框架,对我军军队院校工程技术训练课程建设具有重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。
The current Engineering Technology Training course does not adapt to the training objectives of military colleges and universities.The shortcomings of the traditional Engineering Technology Training course are analyzed in detail.A competency model for high-quality military talents is established.The reforming ideas and construction framework of Engineering Technology Training course that respond to the requirements of ability and quality are put forward,which has important reference value and reference significance for the construction of Engineering Technology Training course in military colleges and universities.
