摘要
针对目前课程考核方式单一、能力考核配比不均衡、学生在考核中处于任务式被动状态等问题,受"学习强国"日积分制考核模式和积分激励机制的启发,对"轨道交通车辆专业英语"考核评价方式进行改革,包括应用型目标场景设定与匹配性、多元化考核内容制定、基于学生为中心的考核权重配比设置、日积分考核评价制的改进与激励反馈机制设计等内容,旨在改变传统被动考核模式,实现以学生为中心的主动"赚取""赢取"分数的主动考核模式,提高学生学习积极性与主动性,结合积分激励机制和动态反馈机制促进课程教学的持续改进。
In view of the problems including single assessment method,unbalanced weight proportion of ability assessment,passive task-based status of students in the teaching of Professional English of Rail Transit Vehicle,the assessment method of this course is reformed based on the point system assessment method and incentive mechanism of xuexi.cn platform.The reform mainly includes the setting of application-oriented target scenario,the establishment of matching and diversified assessment contents,the setting of assessment weight proportion,the improvement of the daily point assessment system,and the design of incentive feedback mechanism.The purpose of this paper is to change the traditional task-based passive assessment model,to implement the student-centered positive assessment model in which students"earn"and"win"points actively,to enhance their enthusiasm and initiative in learning,and to promote the continuous improvement of the course teaching with assistance of point incentive mechanism and dynamic feedback mechanism.
