摘要
萨提亚模式是国际上公认有效的整合型心理沟通与治疗模式,有利于青年学生自我探索和成长、学习有效的沟通模式。该文探索通过课程学习、心理辅导、开展青年成长小组、志愿服务等形式,运用萨提亚模式可以促进青年学生自我成长,提升人际沟通能力,成为自信的有责任和担当的人,反思了实践研究还需努力的方向。
Satya model is internationally recognized as an effective integrated model of psychological communication and treatment,which is conducive to the self-exploration and growth of young students and effective learning.In this paper,by means of curriculum learning,psychological counseling,youth growth group,voluntary service and other forms,Satya model is used to promote the self-development of young students,improve their interpersonal communication ability,in order to become self-confident and responsible people,reflecting on the direction of practical research.
