基于高职学生创新创业能力提升的财商教育模式研究

Research on Financial Intelligence Education Model Based on the Improvement of Innovative Entrepreneurship Ability of Higher Vocational Students

高职院校作为国家人才输出的重要支柱之一,理应承担起培养人才的重担,为社会培养的所需人才,在应用技能的培养训练上有所突破,就要在现有的教育体系的缺陷上加以改善,例如在教学实践过程中缺失的财商知识传授和创新人才培养。该文在分析高职院校教育现状的基础上,提出创新人才培养和财商教育深化的建议和优化方式,旨在补全现有体系缺失的版块,使学校可以培养更高素质的人才。

Higher vocational colleges,as one of the important pillars of national talent output,ought to assume the task of training talents.To cultivate needed talents for the society and to make a breakthrough on the application of skills training,the problems in the existing education system should be solved.For example,the education of financial intelligence knowledge and innovative talent training should be strengthened in the process of teaching practice.Based on the analysis of the current situation of higher vocational education,this paper puts forward some suggestions and optimization methods for the innovation of talent training and the deepening of financial intelligence education,aiming to make up the missing parts of the existing system and enable the colleges to train higher quality talents.
