该文通过对上海市中高职教育贯通培养建筑工程技术专业人才需求进行了调研,分析了中高职贯通建筑工程技术专业人才培养现状,并对该专业课程改革提出了若干建议,如:专业培养目标与专业技能调整,专业课程的设置,专业教学内容的改革,专业师资的建设,实训条件的配制。

This paper investigates the needs of construction engineering and technical professionals in Shanghai,analyzes the current situation of construction engineering and technical professionals in Shanghai,and puts forward some suggestions for the curriculum reform,for example,the adjustment of professional training objectives and professional skills,professional curriculum setup,professional teaching content reform,professional teachers construction,and the preparation of training conditions.
