“立德树人”视角下高职班主任班级管理实践浅谈

“立德树人”是教育的根本任务,班主任在班级管理过程中通过学生画像认识彼此、目标管理找准方向、及时监督纠正偏差、主题班会紧扣社会焦点、读书看人生、自制日历感受时间流逝等多种形式的班级管理策略,取得了较好的成绩,学生获得省市级荣誉8项,期末成绩及格率100%,月评分屡居年级榜首,本年度班级被评为班级荣获“无锡市先进班集体”。

"Building Morality and cultivating talents"is the fundamental task of education.In the process of class management,head teachers of higher vocational colleges can help the students to know each other through each students'self-introduction and self-description;head teachers finds the right direction through goal management;they should timely supervise the situation of the class and correct the deviations;they should make sure that the theme class meetings keep close to the social focuses;head teachers can encourage students to understand the meaning of life through book reading;they can encourage students to feel the passage of time by using self-made calendars.All the above class management strategies have achieved good results.The students have won 8 provincial and municipal honors;the pass rate of final grade is 100%,and the monthly score is the top of the grade.The class is named the"advanced class of Wuxi"this year.
