研究高校新生宿舍分配“新方案”

Study on the New Scheme for the Allocation of College Students'Dormitory

大学新生宿舍分配是高校学生管理工作的一项重要内容,直接关系到学校人才培养工作,也关系到校园安全稳定。寝室是大学生休息、交往、学习、娱乐的重要场所,也是学生在校停留时间最长的地方。调查小组分别考察了部分典型高校,最终选取了三所拥有不同于传统宿舍分配系统的高校,包括中国传媒大学、上海大学和南京大学。通过广泛深入了解当今宿舍分配解决方案,学习前人和他人已经取得的研究成果,希望从中吸收、借鉴,并思考有待发展之处。

The allocation of university freshmen's dormitory is an important part of university student management,which directly affects the training of talents and the safety and stability of campus.The dormitory is an important place for college students to rest,socialize,study,and entertain,and it is also the place where students stay for the longest time.The investigation team investigated some typical colleges and universities,and finally selected three universities with different allocation systems which are different from the traditional dormitory allocation method,including Communication University of China,Shanghai University,and Nanjing University.Through a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of today's dormitory allocation solutions and learning the research results of other people,we hope to learn from them and think about what we need to do next.
