结合新冠疫情下的课程思政在护理在线教学中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨结合新型冠状病毒性肺炎疫情下的课程思政在护理在线教学中的应用效果。方法:分别采用整群抽样法选取2017级护理学专科学生150名作为对照组,另152名作为实验组。对照组采用传统教学方法进行在线教学,实验组在传统教学方法上,一线抗疫护理师资结合临床新冠疫情护理情况,将课程思政融入到在线教学中。课后考评学生对专业知识掌握度、对课程的兴趣度、对授课教师的尊重度和自我职业认同度。结果:实验组学生对专业知识掌握度、对课程的兴趣度、对授课教师的尊重度和自我职业认同度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结合新冠疫情下的课程思政在护理在线教学中的应用,可提高护理专科学生的理论知识掌握度,提高学生对护理课程的兴趣,也可提高学生对老师的尊重和自我职业认同感。 Objective:To probe into the application effect of ideological and political education combined with the pandemic situation of COVID-19 pneumonia on online nursing teaching.Methods:150 nursing students of grade 2017 were selected as the control group and 152 as the experimental group by cluster sampling.In the control group,traditional teaching methods were used for online teaching.In the experimental group,the first-line anti-epidemic nursing teachers combined the nursing situation of the new epidemic in clinical practice with the ideological and political education in online teaching.After class,students were evaluated for their mastery of professional knowledge,their interest in the course,their respect for the teachers and their recognition of their own career.Results:The students in the experimental group had higher professional knowledge,higher interest in the course,higher respect for the teachers and higher self-occupation recognition than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined with the application of"curriculum ideology and politics"in online nursing teaching under the new epidemic situation,it can improve the theoretical knowledge of nursing students,enhance their interest in nursing courses,and also improve their respect for teachers and their professional identity.
