摘要
体育冒险教育通过设计具有挑战性的、冒险性的新奇成长体验或高强度运动量的体育活动,鼓励学生敢于面对苦难、尝试错误,培养学生利用知识和技能的、学习人际互动和团队协作的综合能力。目的:探讨体育冒险教育和大学生心理健康的关系,特别是创新性在其中起到的作用。方法:对广西某高校本科生进行问卷调查,问卷包括症状自评量表(SCL-90)、创造力自我报告量表(RIBS)。结果:参加体育冒险教育的学生在心理健康状况中明显优于普通班级学生;参加体育冒险教育的学生在创新性中的流畅性、独立性、灵活性三个维度上明显优于普通班级学生。结论:体育冒险教育可以改善大学生心理健康并提升创新性。
Sports adventure education encourages students to dare to face suffering,trial and error by designing challenging and adventurous novelty growth experiences or high-intensity sports activities,and trains students to use knowledge and skills to learn interpersonal interaction and teamwork comprehensive capabilities.Objective:To explore the relationship between sports adventure education and mental health of college students,especially the role of innovation in it.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among undergraduates in a university in Guangxi.The questionnaire included the Symptom Symptom Scale(SCL-90)and the Creativity Self-Reporting Scale(RIBS).Results:The students participating in sports adventure education were significantly better than ordinary class students in mental health;the students participating in sports adventure education were significantly better than ordinary class students in three dimensions of fluency,independence and flexibility in innovation.Conclusion:Sports adventure education can improve the mental health and innovation ability of college students.
