高校英语翻译教学中跨文化教育的实践研究

Practical Study on Cross-cultural Education in English Translation Teaching in Colleges and Universities

英语属于世界上使用最广泛的语言之一,在国际交流中有着极为重要的地位,做好英语翻译工作有助于促进各项教育活动的有序开展。在教学过程中,教师应当引导学生掌握英汉两种语言,同时要对英语国家文化进行深入理解,了解国家文化才能更好地了解英语学习知识点。所以本文基于文化视角分析,探究当前高校英语翻译教学过程中存在的问题以及不足之处,并提出跨文化教育对于英语翻译教学起到的重要意义,结合发展情况提出相关的跨文化教育对策,希望进一步促进英语翻译教学工作的有序开展。

English is one of the most widely used languages in the world and plays an extremely important role in international communication.Doing a good job of English translation helps to promote the orderly development of various educational activities.In the process of teaching,teachers should guide students to master both English and Chinese languages,and at the same time,they should have a deep understanding of the culture of English-speaking countries,and understand the national culture in order to better understand the knowledge points of English learning.Therefore,based on the analysis of culture,this paper probes into the problems and shortcomings in the process of English translation teaching in colleges and universities,points out the significance of cross-cultural education for English translation teaching,and puts forward the relevant aspects in combination with the development situation,hoping to further promote the orderly development of English translation teaching.
