摘要
探讨以微信为媒介的MOOC在儿科呼吸专业规培学员中的教学培训价值。选取我院呼吸中心规培学员150人,随机分成观察组和对照组,各75人。观察组采用以微信为媒介的MOOC教学方法进行教学;对照组采取传统教学方法。规培结束后采用自主学习能力评价量表、自制调查问卷及出科成绩对规培学员学习效果进行评价比较。观察组自主学习能力、学习积极性、学科关注度、操作实践能力、医患沟通能力、出科考试分数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。以微信为媒介的MOOC教学方法可以提高规培学员自主学习能力,激发学员的学习兴趣和规培主动性,培养学员临床思维,提高学员临床能力。
This paper discusses the value of WeChat-based MOOC in the teaching and training of pediatric respiratory students.A total of 150 students were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,75 each.The observation group adopted WeChat as the medium of MOOC teaching method for teaching.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods.After the completion of the study,the study effect of the students was evaluated and compared by the self-study ability evaluation scale,the self-made questionnaire and the test results.The independent learning ability,learning enthusiasm,discipline attention,operation and practice ability,doctor-patient communication ability and exam scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,it is concluded that the MOOC teaching method with WeChat as the medium can improve students'independent learning ability,stimulate students'learning interest and initiative,cultivate students'clinical thinking and improve their clinical ability.
