我国是制造大国,制造型企业在国内占据较大的市场份额,也具有较强的国际市场影响力。制造型企业在企业管理中常受多种因素影响,其内部管理与企业经营发展经常相互脱节,这与制造型企业的经营特点相关。所以在制造型企业管理问题上,还需要进一步创新。精益管理理念在制造型企业管理工作中的应用,提供了标准化的管理思想,也提出了制造型企业管理创新的驱动因素。为此,从精益管理及制造型企业管理创新入手,具体探讨创新驱动因素及措施。

China is a large manufacturing country,manufacturing enterprises occupy a higher market share in China,and also have a greater international market influence.Manufacturing enterprises are often affected by many factors in enterprise management,and internal management is often disconnected from enterprise operation and development,which is related to the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,in the management of manufacturing enterprises,further innovation is needed.The application of lean management concept in the management of manufacturing enterprises provides standardized management ideas and the driving factors of management innovation of manufacturing enterprises.For this reason,this paper starts with lean management and manufacturing enterprise management innovation,and specifically discusses the driving factors and measures of innovation.
