摘要
在电气设备中使用SF 6混合气体替代纯SF 6气体,可以显著减少SF 6温室气体用量。与纯SF 6不同,气体混合比是混合气体的重要参数,直接影响气体的绝缘性能,因而混合比检测是混合气体电气设备日常运维的重要环节。为此设计了一种SF 6混合气体混合比色谱检测方案,并实验研究了该方法的检测偏差、重复性等问题,实验结果表明SF 6、N 2示值误差小于±0.2%,相对标准偏差小于1%,均优于当前的传感器检测仪器。同时,该色谱检测方案适用于SF 6/CF 4混合气体的检测体系。
The use of SF 6 gas mixtures instead of pure SF 6 gas in electrical equipment can significantly reduce the amount of SF 6 greenhouse gases.Different from pure SF 6,gas mixing ratio is an important parameter of gas mixtures,which directly affects the insulation performance of gas.Therefore,mixing ratio detection is an important part of daily operation and maintenance of gas mixtures insulated electrical equipment.For this reason,a detection scheme of the mixing ratio of SF 6 gas mixtures by chromatography was designed.And the detection deviation,and repeatability were studied by experiments.The results show that the errors of SF 6 and N 2 are less than±0.2%and the relative standard deviation is less than 1%,which are superior to the current sensor detection instruments.At the same time,the chromatographic detection scheme is applicable to the detection system of SF 6/CF 4 gas mixtures.
